Featuring Organic Cypress essential oil, ethically wild harvested Pine buds and needles and dried juniper berries. This grounding, revitalizing blend was designed to conjure up feelings of freedom and the inspiration to carve out your own unique path. A blend to assist in clarity of mind, to trust your instincts, your inner guidance system.....whilst experiencing the delights of a deep forest sojourn! It's major components - Celtic, Dead Sea + Epsom Salts. These salts offer a myriad of health benefits. Dead Sea Salt is naturally rich in magnesium, calcium and potassium - working to detox and soothe dry, itchy skin. A great option for those with eczema, acne and psoriasis. Epsom Salt, not actually a salt at all, but a naturally occurring pure mineral compound of magnesium and sulfate. Magnesium helps to produce serotonin, a mood-elevating chemical within the brain that creates a feeling of calm and relaxation. Epsom Salt also helps relieve pain and muscle cramps - regulating electrolytes in the body, ensuring proper functioning of the muscles and nerves. And Grey Celtic Sea Salt, which gets its light grey hue from the pure clay lining of the salt beds where it is harvested. This unrefined sea salt is rich in minerals and electrolytes, and helps draw out impurities whilst also invigorating your skin. Bathing in this combination of pure salts can also help relieve stress and anxiety along with reducing water retention and bloating. Skin is highly porous, and adding beneficial minerals to your bathwater triggers a process called reverse osmosis - pulling salt and harmful toxins out of your body. Approx 2 bathing treatments. Dissolve generous handful in hot bath. For those who prefer a neater bathing experience, use drawstring muslin bag provided to steep ingredients. Do not use on broken skin. Not suitable during pregnancy.
