Join us for Yoga Brunch, The Chakra Sessions part one ~ HEART.
The first in a new series where we will explore the chakras through movement, breath, and nourishment.
Each session will include a chakra-focused yoga flow, grounding breathwork practice, relaxing head massage, and a classic Feed The Soul brunch spread.
We begin with the Anahata Chakra — the heart space, the centre of love, compassion, and connection. This session will guide you through a sequence of heart-opening postures, from gentle chest openers through to deeper backbends, creating space across the front body and allowing the heart to fill.
